Return To Life grew out of my fifteen-plus-year journey encompassing illness, divorce, deaths of loved ones, periods of depression, stress and anxiety, and even a PTSD diagnosis. Those were hard times to say the least, but I’m happy to say I got through them. Return To Life will show readers how I made it to the other side and went on to live a life of balance and bliss, including finding my true life’s purpose.

Everyone has his or her story to tell. None of us are alone in understanding stress, sadness, and suffering. I have found that the best and most illuminating learning experiences in life come out of the darkest of times.

My goal is not just to help you recover and heal. My hope is that you will do that and much more. You will recover, you will heal, and then you will go on to something bigger and better. Return To Life is about navigating the pain and trauma that we all experience at some point in our lives and then going on to transcend it.
