About Pam

Pam Butler is a certified Chopra Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor, a certified Hot Fusion™ Flow Yoga Teacher, and a Creative Insight Journey Transformational Coach.

Pam creatively uses unique body movement and mind practices to help quiet the mind and relax the body.  While battling severe anxiety and depression, she met Deepak Chopra, an author, physician, and holistic health guru, and the founder of the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. At the Chopra Center, Pam mastered meditation to eliminate her symptoms and heal her emotional state.

She now teaches one-on-one coaching, group classes, and workshops in South Florida, where her students learn specific techniques to shift into a state of balance and wellbeing
